Fifi Awards 2014
Dopo aver visto i vincitori del titolo di Miglior Profumo del 2014 eletti dall’Accademia del Profumo ecco che sono state proclamate le fragranze più apprezzate del mercato statunitense.
Qualche giorno fa, infatti, il Lincoln Center di New York ha ospitato la serata dedicata ai FiFi Awards 2014 promossi niente di meno che dalla Fragrance Foundation.
Alla serata, presieduta da Carine Roitfeld, Editor in Chief di CR Fashion Book, e dalla modella Coco Rocha, hanno partecipato diversi nomi illustri.
“I Fragrance Foundation Awards si confermano essere un momento tra i più importanti per l’industria della bellezza e siamo colpiti dalle creazioni che hanno caratterizzato l’edizione di quest’anno – ha dichiarato Elizabeth Musmanno, Presidente della Fragrance Foundation. – Ci congratuliamo con tutti i vincitori e finalisti che con la loro opera rendono omaggio all’arte del profumo”.
A portarsi a casa il titolo di miglior profumo nella categoria Luxury sono stati Rive d’Ambre by Tom Ford e Armani Privé Rose d’Arabie.
Estée Lauder e Victoria’s Secret sono le case più titolate, insieme a L’Oréal/Ralph Lauren Fragrances che con il profumo da uomo Polo Red ha portato a casa il titolo di miglior fragranza maschile nella categoria Prestige e nella Consumer Choice oltre al premio per la miglior campagna media.
Our Moment degli One Direction ha battuto la concorrenza e ha primeggiato nella categoria Fragrance Celebrity of the Year mentre nella Hall of Fame vengono scritti i nomi di Happy di Clinique e Michael Gould CEO di Bloomingdale.
Il riconoscimento alla carriera quest’anno è poi andato al naso marocchino Carlos Benaim vicepresidente della International Flavors and Fragrances e fautore, fra le altre, di profumi di lusso come Euphoria per Calvin Klein e Armani Code per Giorgio Armani.
